Hassle-free returns

If your item is faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a repair, replacement or refund.

Conditions

• The item must be returned with its original box, accessories and receipt/order number.
• Damage caused by misuse, liquid or drops is not covered.
• Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days if the item is unused and still sealed.

Refunds

Refunds for MoMo and card payments go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days. Cash payments are refunded by MoMo.
